Baking : 35min

150 gr wheat flour

  • When the dough has triple-sized, Take the pot with the dough out of the other one.

  • Close your improvised oven (the big pot !) with its own top and put it on the gaz with a small amount of water in it.

  • Meanwhile put the seeds on the dough and wet it with a bit of water.

  • When the water is boiling in the big pot, put the little one with the dough again in it and close it.
  • For the baking, keep a high heat :
  1. First steam it for 5 minutes

  2. Then open the lid to let the steam out and close it again for 10 minutes.

  3. Open the lid a second time to let more of the steam out, and close it for 10 minutes more.

  4. After that, take out the bread from the little pot, flip it, put it back in his pot. This way, the top will cook evenly. Close the « oven », and wait 10 minutes more.

  5. Take it out now, that’s it, your bread is ready !
